Palestinian Resistance Forces, Israeli Forces Clash In Serious Firefight involving firearms, missiles

Ongoing confrontations persist in the southern vicinity of the Zeitoun neighborhood, where Palestinian fighters and Israeli forces are deeply engaged in intense combat. These clashes are primarily concentrated in the southeastern part of Gaza City.


Reports indicate that Israeli artillery shelling remains active in northern Gaza, with Israeli military incursions occurring in the north, northwest of the Gaza Strip, and in the southern and southeastern areas of Gaza City.


Furthermore, the report highlights an Israeli incursion attempt in the Abasan area, situated to the east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.

Honorable Ganiyu Yusuf, Speaker of the Students' Union at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Popularly known as KOB has been elected as the National President of the Nigeria Student Legislative Council (NSLC).  It was observed that the election was held at the 2024 Convention Of the NLSC where many members of the union across Nigeria storm the venue of the event. President Bola Tinubu has responded to the viral video of him slipping while boarding the presidential vehicle at Eagles Square in Abuja. Tinubu jokingly referred to the fall as a "swagger" and explained that as a traditional Yoruba boy, he was performing a customary greeting called "dobale" to mark Democracy Day.
