Mindset 4.0: EESAN OAU Set to Empower Students to Balance Books, Business Tomorrow

The Education Economics Students Association of Nigeria (EESAN), Obafemi Awolowo University Chapter, will host the Mindset 4.0 Conference on Monday, June 30, 2025, at the university's ICT Conference Hall.

The Summit which is themed "The Blueprint: Mastering Academics, Hustles, and The Future You," aims to equip students with practical insights and strategies to balance academic responsibilities with personal development and entrepreneurial ambitions.

EESAN President, Mr. Daniel Olusanya (Duke Dan), emphasized the conference's significance, stating, "This isn’t just another conference; it’s where books meet business, and passion connects with purpose."

The event will feature keynote addresses from Dr. Adeniyi John and Dr. O. O. Oyebode, as well as a dynamic panel session with thought leaders and achievers.

Students of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, have commended the Students’ Union leadership following what has been described as the largest welfare intervention in the institution’s history. The Welfare Officer of the Great Ife Students’ Union, Osunleke Musab, led a large-scale food relief initiative that provided free meals to over 4,000 students and distributed more than 3,000 essential food items across campus. The intervention, which coincided with the ongoing examination period and the Ramadan fasting season, was designed to ease the financial and physical strain on students.
